ALLIANCE PHARMACY CUSTOMER SURVEY PRIZE DRAW

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who receive an email from the Promoter, containing the promotional survey.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  4. Entries into the promotion open on 03/08/2023 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 13/08/2023 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. To enter, individuals must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
    • Open the promotional eDM (electronic direct mail) from the Promoter;
    • Click on the link within the eDM and follow the prompts to the survey;
    • Complete the survey questions in full;
    • Provide their full name, a valid email address and/or mobile when prompted; and then
    • Click the ‘Done’ button.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  7. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
  8. The draw will take place at ALLIANCE PHARMACY PTY LTD, 15 Chapel Street, CREMORNE VIC 3121 on 17/08/2023 at 11:00am AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within seven (7) business days of the draw and their name will be published on Alliance Pharmacy’s Facebook page by 28/08/2023.
  9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The first valid entry drawn will win a $100 Amazon gift voucher, which will be delivered to the winner by email, unless special arrangements are made for a physical gift card of the same value. If for some reason, this prize is unavailable at the completion of this promotion, a prize of equal value will be provided to the winner.
  11. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 06/11/2023 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if one is required, will be notified by telephone and/or by email within seven (7) business days of the draw and their name will be published on the Alliance Pharmacy Facebook page on the 13/11/2023.
  12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority or requirements at law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  13. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss,  except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be liable to any winner or other entrant in the event a person claiming to be the winning entrant fraudulently or otherwise claims any prize.
  15. All personal information of any entrant collected by the Promoter as part of the promotion will be used to administer, operate and manage this promotion as well as operate, administer and operate Alliance Pharmacy’s promotional activities relating to the promotion, planning, researching, and marketing of the Promoter’s and goods, services or product. In addition, personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter’s affiliates for the purposes of assisting the Promoter, its affiliates and their agents and contractors. to meet the objectives disclosed above. As a condition to entry into this Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may publish the name of each winner and use their name in any associated promotional material. By entering into this Promotion each entrant confirms their consent to the collection, storage, disclosure, and use of their personal information as outlined in these Terms & Conditions
